Common questions
How long does the process take?
It depends on the permit and on the office handling it. A Temporary Residence Card can take a few months; Permanent Residence and Citizenship take longer. Once we've seen your documents we'll tell you what range to expect, and we won't give you a date we can't stand behind.
Do I have to pay to talk to you?
No. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll tell you which permit fits your situation and what it costs, free and with no obligation. Coming to our Warsaw office to ask in person is free too. Separately, there's an optional 1-hour consultation for 200 PLN if you want a full hour on a complicated case; if you go ahead with us afterwards, that 200 PLN comes off your final price.
What's included in the price?
Our service fee. Government charges (stamp duty, application fees) are separate, and you'll see the amount for your permit before you commit to anything.
