Every service we offer is listed below with what it costs. For unusually complicated cases the price can be adjusted, and we'll tell you before you commit to anything.
1-Hour Consultation — 200 PLN
Online, or in person at our Warsaw office. Messaging us is free and you can go straight to any of the services below, so book this only if you want a full hour on a complicated case. If you go on to use our service afterwards, the 200 PLN comes off your final price.
Temporary Residence
Zezwolenie na Pobyt Czasowy (TRC) — lets you stay in Poland for up to 3 years. Apply as soon as you’re eligible.
Work TRC / EU Blue Card
Residency for foreigners working in Poland. EU Blue Card is a special version dedicated to high-skilled workers.
Student TRC
Residency for students of universities, language courses, post-secondary schools, and other educational purposes.
Family Reunification
Residency based on family ties with a Polish citizen or foreigner residing in Poland: marriage, a relationship, or children.
Business TRC
Residency for business owners with an established business presence in Poland.
Researcher TRC
Residency for academic researchers conducting research at Polish institutions.
Permanent Residence
Zezwolenie na Pobyt Stały (PRC) — for foreigners already residing in Poland. Which one applies depends on how you qualify for settled status.
Permanent Residence Permit
For non-economic grounds: marriage to a Polish citizen, Pole’s Card, asylum.
EU Long-Term Residency
For economic grounds: work, studies, business.
International Protection
Subsidiary protection or asylum, where there is a serious threat to life or freedom.
Polish Citizenship
Obywatelstwo Polskie — a Polish passport and full rights as a Polish citizen. The right route depends on your current status and background.
Through Voivode
The main route, for foreigners already holding Permanent or EU Long-Term residence.
Through President
Open to everyone, though without strong justification the chance of success is low. We help you build the strongest case and give a realistic estimate upfront.
Citizenship by descent
For people whose family ties lead back to Poland, such as grandparents who emigrated before or after WWII.
Appeals & Deportation Defense
Rejections and deportation orders can both be appealed, and the deadlines are short. Send us the decision letter the day it arrives.
Residence Permit Decision
You have 14 days to appeal a rejection. We prepare and submit a complete appeal.
Deportation
You have 7 days to appeal a Border Guard deportation decision. We handle preparation and submission.

Civil registry transcription
Official registration and transcription of foreign civil documents (birth, marriage) into the Polish Civil Registry (USC).
6-month insurance
Private health insurance meeting the official requirements for a temporary residence permit application.
Type B work permit
Full processing of the specialized work permit for foreign management-board members (for Business TRC applicants).
Contract preparation
Drafting legal agreements, e.g. a civil pension agreement, needed for informal-relationship-based residency.
