What we do for you
- Review the situation and any documents already issued.
- Explain the procedure and the relevant authority.
- Help organise a clear account and supporting evidence.
- Provide agreed assistance with procedural documents and correspondence.
Useful information for our first conversation

- Information about the current stage of the procedure
- Relevant identity documents and supporting evidence, discussed privately
This is an introduction to the information we discuss, not a complete filing checklist. You do not need to send sensitive documents with your first enquiry.
Protection is a separate procedure
International protection concerns refugee status or subsidiary protection. It is not an ordinary work or study residence application, and an application must follow the specific protection procedure.
