Court complaint about delays in an immigration case
We review the history of a delayed case and assess whether a complaint to the administrative court is available before preparing the agreed filing.
Your first enquiry is free. A paid consultation is optional.
Who this service is for
For people considering a complaint about inactivity or excessive delay. The type of proceeding, filing dates and rules applicable to that period all matter.
What we do for you
- Review the application timeline and office correspondence.
- Assess the procedural prerequisites and any restrictions on the remedy.
- Prepare and file the agreed complaint where available.
- Explain the court correspondence and outcome within the agreed scope.
Useful information for our first conversation
- Application date and case reference
- Requests, responses and other office correspondence
- Details of any earlier reminders or complaints
This is an introduction to the information we discuss, not a complete filing checklist. You do not need to send sensitive documents with your first enquiry.
A long wait does not by itself establish the right remedy
We assess whether this route is available for the particular case. Time-limit suspensions and special rules can affect the position. No compensation or faster immigration decision is promised.
