Your first enquiry is free. A paid consultation is optional.

Who this service is for

For foreign buyers planning a property transaction in Poland. The property, buyer status and transaction structure need to be reviewed together.

What we do for you

  • Review the planned transaction and whether a permit may be required.
  • Identify the buyer and property documents needed for the application.
  • Prepare the permit application and supporting explanation.
  • Handle correspondence within the agreed scope.

Useful information for our first conversation

  • Information about the property and proposed transaction
  • Your nationality and residence situation
  • Available property and financing documents

This is an introduction to the information we discuss, not a complete filing checklist. You do not need to send sensitive documents with your first enquiry.

Check the permit position before committing to the transaction

The requirement and possible exemptions depend on the circumstances. The permit procedure is separate from the conveyancing and notarial arrangements for buying the property.
