Family residence permit support in Poland

We help families prepare residence applications, organise civil records and deal with the immigration office throughout the case.

Your first enquiry is free. A paid consultation is optional.

Who this service is for

For people joining or living with family in Poland. We look at the relationship and the status of the family member already in Poland before recommending a residence route.

What we do for you

  • Review the family relationship and current residence circumstances.
  • Identify the civil records and supporting evidence relevant to the application.
  • Prepare the application and organise the supporting documents.
  • Handle correspondence and explain requests from the immigration office.

Useful information for our first conversation

  • Current residence documents
  • Marriage or birth records relevant to the case
  • Information about the family member living in Poland

This is an introduction to the information we discuss, not a complete filing checklist. You do not need to send sensitive documents with your first enquiry.

The route depends on your family circumstances

Marriage to a Polish citizen, joining a foreign family member and living with an unmarried partner do not necessarily use the same procedure. We clarify the basis of the application before preparing it.

How we work together

Review the case

We review the documents and procedural stage, including any deadline that needs attention.

Agree the scope

You receive the scope and quote before the work begins.

Prepare and follow up

We prepare the agreed documents, handle correspondence and explain the next steps in your case.

The competent authority or court decides the matter. We agree the work we will carry out; approval and processing time are not guaranteed.

Questions about this service

Can you help an unmarried couple?

Contact us with your circumstances. We assess the available basis for residence rather than assume that every relationship qualifies for family reunification.

Can you help with foreign marriage or birth certificates?

We explain which records are needed and whether translation, authentication or a separate civil registry service should be arranged. Separate services are priced before they are commissioned.

Do I need to pay for a consultation first?

No. Your first enquiry is free. An optional one-hour consultation costs 200 PLN, deducted from the service price if you go on to use our service.

Talk to us about your case.

We will explain how we can help, what is included and what it costs.
