Student residence permit in Poland

We handle your student residence application, coordinate documents with your university and stay in contact with the immigration office as your case progresses.

Your first enquiry is free. A paid consultation is optional.

Who this service is for

For international students who need help with residence in Poland. Tell us whether you study full-time, part-time or attend another form of education: these do not all use the same residence route.

  • Starting or continuing university studies in Poland
  • Preparing your next student residence application
  • Understanding documents requested from your university
  • Planning your residence options before graduation

What we do for you

  • We identify the residence route that matches your actual form of education.
  • We contact your university about the documents needed for your case.
  • We organise your personal documents, financial evidence and insurance information.
  • We prepare your application and help you respond to requests from the immigration office.

For office appointments in Warsaw, a member of our team accompanies you. Arrangements in other locations are discussed before agreeing the service.

Useful information for our first conversation

  • Passport and current residence documents
  • Information about your course and study mode
  • Your financial and insurance documents, as applicable

This is an introduction to the information we discuss, not a complete filing checklist. You do not need to send sensitive documents with your first enquiry.

Coordinating supporting documents

Your university provides the study information and completes its part of the application process. We coordinate with the university; this is support in your individual case, not a claim of a formal university partnership.

Your study type matters

Full-time university studies, part-time programmes and language courses should not be treated as interchangeable. The residence basis and access to work can differ. We clarify your situation before preparing the application.

How we work together

Review the case

We review the documents and procedural stage, including any deadline that needs attention.

Agree the scope

You receive the scope and quote before the work begins.

Prepare and follow up

We prepare the agreed documents, handle correspondence and explain the next steps in your case.

The competent authority or court decides the matter. We agree the work we will carry out; approval and processing time are not guaranteed.

Questions about this service

Will you contact my university directly?

Yes. We ask for the documents needed for your case and coordinate the university side of the application. You still provide the personal documents and actions that only you can complete.

Does enrolment on any course give me the same residence and work rights?

No. We first check your form of education and current residence basis. A language course or part-time programme should not be described as identical to full-time university studies.

Can you help after graduation?

Yes. We can discuss the next residence route and connect it with your plans to work or look for employment. Finishing a degree and having a valid basis to remain in Poland are separate questions.

Do I have to buy a consultation first?

No. Your first message is free. The optional one-hour consultation is for people who want a longer discussion; it is not a required step before asking about this service.

Talk to us about your case.

We will explain how we can help, what is included and what it costs.
