EU Blue Card application support in Poland
We help you assess whether the EU Blue Card fits your situation, prepare your application and manage correspondence with the immigration office throughout your case.
Your first enquiry is free. A paid consultation is optional.
Who this service is for
For people considering residence in Poland for highly qualified employment. Salary is one part of the assessment: qualifications, the employment terms and your residence situation also matter.
- Checking whether your job fits the Blue Card route
- Preparing evidence of qualifications and employment
- Comparing a Blue Card with a standard work residence permit
- Planning a further application or reviewing a change in your situation
What we do for you
- We review the proposed employment and evidence of qualifications.
- We coordinate the required information with your employer.
- We prepare your application and organise the evidence supporting your case.
- We explain the next steps and support the case through to the decision within the agreed scope.
For office appointments in Warsaw, a member of our team accompanies you. Arrangements in other locations are discussed before agreeing the service.
Useful information for our first conversation
- Passport and current residence documents
- Qualification documents and relevant employment history
- Information about your proposed job and contract
This is an introduction to the information we discuss, not a complete filing checklist. You do not need to send sensitive documents with your first enquiry.
Coordinating supporting documents
Your employer supplies the job and pay information needed for the application. We check consistency between that information and the documents used to support your qualifications.
Check the whole route, not just the salary
A salary figure alone cannot determine eligibility. Use the current requirements for Poland and the year of your application. Rules in another EU country do not automatically apply to a Polish application.
How we work together
Review the case
We review the documents and procedural stage, including any deadline that needs attention.
Agree the scope
You receive the scope and quote before the work begins.
Prepare and follow up
We prepare the agreed documents, handle correspondence and explain the next steps in your case.
The competent authority or court decides the matter. We agree the work we will carry out; approval and processing time are not guaranteed.
Questions about this service
Is a university degree the only way to show qualifications?
The applicable route can involve higher education or qualifying professional experience. We review the evidence against the Polish rules relevant to your occupation rather than assume that every job follows one route.
Which salary threshold applies?
The threshold depends on the relevant application year. Our Blue Card guide explains the current figure and its source; we check the employment terms as a whole before preparing a case.
Is Blue Card approval always faster?
No fixed approval date is included in this service. We compare the routes for your circumstances and organise the application, but the authority decides the case and controls its processing.
Does the fee cover every future job change?
The written agreement sets the scope of your case. Later changes or separate proceedings are discussed and priced before additional work is agreed.
Do I need to pay for a consultation first?
No. Your first enquiry is free. An optional one-hour consultation costs 200 PLN, deducted from the service price if you go on to use our service.
