Work residence permit in Poland

Working in Poland and planning your next residence application? We coordinate documents with your employer, prepare your case and support you through to a decision.

Your first enquiry is free. A paid consultation is optional.

Who this service is for

For people who need residence support connected with employment in Poland. Your current visa or permit, work authorisation and proposed job determine the right procedure.

  • Preparing your first work-based residence application
  • Applying for another period of residence
  • Moving from studies into employment
  • Reviewing your documents before a change of employer

What we do for you

  • We review your current residence documents and proposed employment.
  • We contact your employer for the information and documents needed for your application.
  • Your case manager prepares your application and organises the supporting documents.
  • We handle correspondence within the agreed scope and help you understand requests from the office.

For office appointments in Warsaw, a member of our team accompanies you. Arrangements in other locations are discussed before agreeing the service.

Useful information for our first conversation

  • Passport and current residence documents
  • Your contact and delivery details
  • Information about your current and planned work

This is an introduction to the information we discuss, not a complete filing checklist. You do not need to send sensitive documents with your first enquiry.

Coordinating supporting documents

Your employer provides and signs the employment information required for the application. We coordinate this directly, so you are not left translating every request between HR and the office.

A residence application and permission to work are different questions

Do not assume that submitting a new application allows you to start any job. We check your current documents and the proposed employment together. A change of employer may require a different procedure from a new residence application.

How we work together

Review the case

We review the documents and procedural stage, including any deadline that needs attention.

Agree the scope

You receive the scope and quote before the work begins.

Prepare and follow up

We prepare the agreed documents, handle correspondence and explain the next steps in your case.

The competent authority or court decides the matter. We agree the work we will carry out; approval and processing time are not guaranteed.

Questions about this service

Can you contact my employer?

Yes. Direct coordination with your employer is part of our service. We explain what is needed and check the information against the rest of your file.

Can you help with an application already in progress?

Tell us what has been submitted and send the case reference through the agreed contact channel. We review the stage and outstanding requests before agreeing the scope and price of taking over a case.

Does the service include a separate work permit for my employer?

The service on this page concerns your residence case. If your employer needs separate work authorisation or company-wide support, we explain that separately before you commit.

What if I am considering an EU Blue Card?

We can compare the routes using your job, qualifications and current status. The Blue Card has its own requirements; it is not automatically a faster version of every work residence application.

Do I need to pay for a consultation first?

No. Your first enquiry is free. An optional one-hour consultation costs 200 PLN, deducted from the service price if you go on to use our service.

Talk to us about your case.

We will explain how we can help, what is included and what it costs.
